What types of activities do you enjoy in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy working out, going to the movies, and hanging out with some friends.
As a leader how do you get others to follow you when you are in a leadership
role ?
I feel as of you have to lead by example. If your doing what your suppose to do all the time then people will eventually follow.
What is your work-out routine, how do you keep yourself in shape and competivite on and off the field ?
Well, in the offseason I train up to three times a day five days a week to prepare myself for the season. I start off with some type of running in the morning for conditioning. Then in the afternoon is when I hit the weight room. Then later in the evening I would go back to the field to catch passes with my quarterback or do other football related drills. After my day is done I would go to the pool or take an ice bath to recover for the next day.
What’s your main passion in life?
My main passion in life has been football. It's something I've always loved to do and it's the reason why I still play today.
What is your strengths and weakness on the field ?
My strengths on the field is my durability. I'm able to carry the ball 40 times a game if I have to. Ive only fumbled once in my college career out of 507 carries at Howard University. I'm able to protect my quarterback with my great pass blocking skills which is important for any runningback to be able to do. I have great hands out of the backfield. Also I'm a downhill runner that can make people miss. I don't really say that I have weakness in my game but more so things that you can always improve upon to becoming great.
When other athletes see you on the cover of InSide HBCU Fitness & Style Magazine/Celebrity Sports Hustle, what do you want to get from this interview when reading this?
I started off my college career as a walk on safety at Howard, so people didn't really have any expectations for me to contribute to the team. I had every doubter and naysayer against me in the beginning. So I had a chip on my shoulder from day one. Soon after I would set goals for myself to make sure that I would prove them all wrong. There wasn't going to be anyone in the weight room or field that was going to outwork me. Each year I improved to show people that I am a living testimony that anything is possible through hard work and dedication. The moral of the story is don't let people dictate what you can and can't do because greatness exist inside all of us. If there's anything that you want to achieve in life go get it!

My role models in my life would be my parents. They are the ones who instilled this great work ethic inside of me. In anything I have accomplished over the years they have showed me that you can become better at anything by putting in the time to master your craft.
A lot of kids look up to you as a role model. Is being a role model something you take pride in?
Yes it is something I take pride in. People are watching you because they want to be in your shoes one day. So it's important as a role model to set great examples for others to follow.
What is Style to you, how do you keep yourself with the latest style to the next level ?
To me style is how you present yourself. For me personally I like to wear the business suits or something along the lines of business casual. I like to look sharp whenever I step out the house so looking great and feeling great is important.
Tell me about being at this point in your career. Have you accomplished everything you’ve set out to accomplish?
At this point in my career I have one last goal that I would like to accomplish and that would be to play in the NFL.
You are known for having one of the more eccentric and outgoing personalities in career. Why do you think you have that reputation?
I feel like people love to be around me. I'm a very laid back individual that is goal driven so people gravitate towards that.
If we did a book/movie about you, what would be the title of the book or movie be, will be a drama, action, thriller, or documentary.
